Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be smooth as silk, but we get it – sometimes things just don't click. Our return policy is here to make it hassle-free.
1. Return Period: You've got 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if your item needs to come back to us.
2. Condition Matters: Please return all items in unused condition still in their original packaging. If you receive something that is damaged due to manufacturing defect, or damaged in transit, please DO NOT open the packaging, and send us an email with photos of what is damaged and we will make it right.
3. Exclusions: Certain items like apparel can't be returned since they are made to order. We also do not accept returns on clearance items. Exceptions apply to manufacturing defects and damage during shipment (see #2).
4. The Return Process: Ready to send something back? Contact our customer support team, and they'll guide you through the process.
5. Restocking Fees: Are Super lame. So we don't charge them.
